The purpose of this role is to identify and win new large market business across the company’s entire service proposition. You will be someone who can identify target prospects, open the doors to senior level decision makers and lead the sales process through to successful closure. This role requires a very high calibre Senior Sales Director who has the proven ability and gravitas to identify and win large market accounts preferably in the BPO market place but similar backgrounds would also be relevant. The incumbent will have the vision, networking contacts and absolute focus on success to quickly establish a strong new business pipeline and to turn this into deals that have longevity and are commercially viable. Although working largely on your own initiative, it will be important that you recognise the need to work as part of a strong team and be prepared to contribute to the business as a whole. This is not a role for the faint-hearted and success in the role will be reflected through the achievement of stretching new business targets, the creation of strong senior management client relationships and building a strong new client portfolio. The rewards for success are substantial and the negotiable base salary is supported by a significant results oriented bonus. Only the best will do. |
