This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and growth minded organisations in the UK. With a portfolio of clients comprising the Footsie 100 and sales in excess of £500 million the requirement for talent is ever demanding in its highly challenging BPO market The need is for a highly accomplished Account Director to assume responsibility for operational excellence as well as optimisation of account revenue by building key regional relationships with client sponsors, ensuring the client is provided with exceptional service at all times and creating an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, whilst directing the management team on the strategic direction of the site. You will be responsible for a group or individual client contributing >£10m revenue & >£1.5m of contribution to the business and have a team of between 5 to 10 direct reports either at Account Manager or Client Services Manager level. You will be expected to deliver the annualised contribution growth target of 15% per annum either based on organic client growth or through the identification of new client service lines. It will be important to build effective senior management relationships across the client group and this should be at C level or C-1 and create a compelling client plans anticipating their needs for at least the next three years. With a background in BPO, you will already have exemplary credentials in developing and managing client relationships and will have contacts at the highest level within the top Scottish companies. You will posses very high energy levels, thrive in a fast paced industry and are driven to succeed with a hunger to win and not be second best.
