Established in 2000 as Ian Young Executive Search, a high quality executive recruitment firm, servicing the needs of Scottish clients with executive recruitment requirements where salaries are in excess of £50,000. A year later Ian Young Human Resources was introduced to service board level HR requirements.
Subsequently, the two were combined under the Ian Young Group banner with an expanded product portfolio.
In February 2010, reflecting the strength of the core brand, the business was rebranded to place the emphasis on Executive Search.
